After planning to do Park & Fly at O'Hare, we ended up using Avistar, an offsite valet lot that I found via www.airportparkinglots.com (which also offers the cheapest rate for Avistar). Hubby was a little concerned with a valet lot, as he doesn't like turning his car over to anyone, but he agreed to try it if we drove MY car. It was quite a bit cheaper than Park & Fly, and now that we are back, I must say it was great!!! We are going to do the same thing for our next nine Disney Cruise trips next year. The place is located right off Mannaheim Road (LaGrange, for you Chicago south siders), and you pull in and drop it off inside of a building. Then a shuttle drops you off at your gate. When you return, you call the toll-free number and give them your claim check number so they will have your car ready for you. Then you have to hike to the shuttle area (the only slight negative...it's a pretty far walk). The shuttle arrived in about 10 minutes, and our car was waiting for us inside the building, all warmed up and ready to go. Only one thing confused me...we didn't tip when we dropped the car off, as several people were all leaving their cars at once and we were quickly handed our claim check and didn't have much contact with the parker (we didn't see anyone else tip either). We thought we'd be tipping when we returned, but after taking care of the paperwork inside the office, no one showed us to our car. It was just sitting there running, waiting for us to take it. But overall, I like this better than Park & Fly. For our early flight in Jan., we have already booked a hotel right near the lot via Hotwire and will be doing the same in Feb. too.
