Replacing "It" in a sentence!

Hey guys, I know this is nothing Disney related, but idk how to replace the word "it" in a sentence. This is for an essay. I am trying to put the following sentence:
"It was a normal Saturday night..." How do I replace it?

Just like any other normal Saturday night
On this normal Saturday night
On a normal Saturday night
This was a normal Saturday night
Tonight was/is a normal Saturday night
This normal Saturday night
