Renting tux ???

Can someone tell me how to go about doing this? I know there are online places, but don't know what they are or who is reliable or not. Also- how do you pick them up? Are their prices reasonable? What happens if there's a mix up and you get the wrong thing?

Sorry about all the questions, but this is our first cruise and I have ablsolutely no idea about this tux stuff!
