Just wondering if anyone has rented a Rv from Camping World? We are from Canada and tent camped last October at the Fort for the first time. We are wondering about buying a Rv and thought about renting for our next trip to see if we like it. Any info would be much appreciated. We would drive from Canada and then rent the Rv from Camping World in Orlando.

There is a really nice lady on here that rents her 5th wheel trailer, (there is another thread about it right now) you may want to check it out, and talk to her. She delivers it, sets it up and takes care of a lot of the details for you. Camping world, you would have to pick it up, drive it to the fort, and set it up yourself, and from what I have seen it is a lot more expensive than Tina's 5er.

You can see her site at http:www.campatthefort.com and see some pictures of it.

Here is a thread (click it) from a couple of weeks ago that had some information on renting from CampingWorld and CruiseAmerica.

Hope it helps,
:santa:

I agree with RvUsa....skip the hassle of Camping World or CruiseAmerica and go with www.CampAtTheFort.com , why sweat when the hard stuff is taken care of for you and the price is MUCH better!!!! I'll be using them in October and can hardly wait. The owner of www.CampAtTheFort.com is a regular here on the boards and you can send her a PM, her DIS name is tinah159, she's a very cool lady and goes beyond the call of duty to help get your plans in order for the Fort.
