I believe you need at least 10 posts before you can PM

I just hit 10, but can't see the Start Conversations button. I'll keep my eyes out for it. Thanks!.

I can PM now. It was either 10 or 11 that enabled it.

Yes you definitely need over 10 posts to be able to PM.... Good Luck !!
