We would like to rent some points that were banked last year and want to know some details. I understand that I would have to make the ressie for the renter and have the guests info. What info do I need? Can I cancel the reservation if process doesn't work?

You will need the names, addresses, and ages of the people renting from you. You can cancel the reservation up to 31 days before, but I would hope you would ask for final payment LONG before that, and would have no need to do that. You should send the renter the confirmation paperwork you get from DVC, and be sure to keep a copy for yourself.

You might want to look around this board for the sample renting contracts some folks use as well. It will help your future clients feel more comfortable as well as give you some assurance that you will get your money and that the process will go off without a hitch.
