Renting Points from DVC Owner - Which Week 2010?

I'm planning a vacation for next year and am still trying to decide which week would be best and hoped someone could offer a suggestion based on their experience.

I was looking at 11/28/10-12/3/10 because I thought it would be quieter and not quite the Christmas busy season but still could enjoy the Christmas decorations and the Thanksgiving crowds would be gone. But the airfare is about $100-$200 per person more for my son and his gf to fly in from California during that time. My next choice is 12/6/10-12/11/10 but that is Pop Warner week (I'm guessing from past years). The airfare is less for my son but I'm concerned about the crowds from the cheerleaders. I'm renting points from a DVC owner and hoping to stay at (resort and room info). I have a little time to decide before the DVC owner has to call for reservations but hoped to hear from someone more experienced at traveling during these times. I stayed at (resort info) 12/13/09-12/20/09 and the crowds weren't as bad as I thought they might be but the closer to Christmas, the higher the airline fare would be for my California son and gf. Any suggestions?

EDIT: Removed resort specific info so it couldn't be considered a Reservation Wanted post. Edit appears in Brown - Chuck S

Both are a very high DVC demand times and among the reasons are that all the Christmas decorations are up and the crowds for Disney World in general are moderate. Either time will be fine. The cheerleaders don't really overwhelm the place.

Either week will be fine. We often are there both of those weeks, and while the Pop Warner kids do occationally clog a park at some time or another, we have never found it to be too bad as long as we avoid the early entry parks. I suspect the Pop Warner kids stay at the value resorts and tend to go to the early entry parks, and are mostly in MK and DHS.
