Renting points from 2 separate Owners for the same room??

Can You Rent (And then combine) points from two different owners on the same room??

Explaination :: Can I rent 2 points from one owner and then 7 from another one to make 9 total for the same room???

Hopefully that makes sense ... ?

The only way those points can be mixed is by one owner transfering points to another owner and a renter is not likely to find two owners who are willing to do a transfer transaction between the two of them for a renter.

Possible to rent a room for some nights of trip from one owner and then rent the same type of room for the other nights from a different owner and then have the two reservations linked in the DVC reservation system so you won't have to change rooms, but for that you will also need the two owners to cooperate with each other at the time of rental to do the link in the reservation system.

You don't actually rent points from an owner - you pay them to make a reservation in your name.

"Renting poiints" is a bit of a misnomer since only a DVC member can use DVC points and they must be points in their own account.

Renters are actually renting a reservation made using DVC points. It's not possible to combine points from 2 different members for a single night. As drusba explained, it is possible to combine individual nights from different members by having MS link them together into one seamless stay (the members would also need to make that request for you too).
