Renting points for a grand villa question...

I hope I am putting this in the right forum! We are owners at BLT.
In November 2015, my extended family would like to take a trip to the World and get the grand villa at BLT. There will be 10 of us. We don't have nearly enough points, so my inlaws would like to rent the points.

1. How difficult will it be to rent the points to reserve this grand villa?

2. How do these point rental companies work? I did browse around a few different ones, and even messaged one some questions and no one responded to me. How soon can we try to reserve or rent the points?

You can get a transfer from an owner and bank them if need be, I would try to get BLT points so you can book at 11 months.

Sorry, as well look here on the rent trade board although BLT points don't come up often so check often.

So with a transfer then how would we pay them? I'll have to investigate more...

You deal indivually with an owner, they (once the terms are agreed upon) then call MS with your name and number and do the transfer. Very easy you only need find someone maybe on the Rent/Trade board here to deal with. Sorry you can't have mine, I think MiL has spoken for them next year.

You pay them the same way you would if you were renting from them (whatever their terms are).

I rented points to someone that needed a GV and 2 or 3 more 2BRs. I didn't quite have enough points to cover the GV, so I got lucky on someone else posting points available for transfer (which isn't as common as renting). We joint called MS, he transferred the points to me, I paid him via Paypal, then I had enough points to book the GV.
