Renting Points/Deluxe Dining?

I would like to rent DVC points from a member for my upcoming stay.

We have four adults and one infant.

Could we purcahse deluxe dining and park hoppers for the adults, and if so, how?

I had to edit your post as specifics are not allowed anywhere but the Rent/Trade thread.

When you rent, you can ask the owner if they will add the deluxe plan for you. It has to be paid in full at the time it's added. You'd want to be sure to get the specifics from the owner you choose as all do it differently in terms of when and how they will deal with the dining plans.

Tickets would be on your own and you'd get those through Disney or shy other authorized site.
