Renting points at BCV ??

Does anyone know when DVC members will be able rent points for and reserve rooms for us non-DVC members? I am looking ahead to spring 2003.

Resservations will be taken at BCV on or after March 6th for stays on or after August 1st. Any DVC member can make reservations 7 months ahead of time and BCV owners can make reservations 11 months from the date of travel.
