Renting points/ADR question

We're renting points for a trip in May (first time renters, which leads to stupid questions ), and I'm wondering whether we can take advantage of the 180 + 10 day ADR window. Will we have a confirmation number that the ADR system will recognize so we can utilize the "+ 10" part of that benefit?

Yes, your DVC reservation number will be accepted by the online ADR system.

You will need to have the owner you rent from add DDP to your reservation if you are going to use it. That has to be done through Member Services and only the owner can make those arrangements and DME. You will pay for DDP at checkin.

However, you can (and should) make your own ADRs, either online or by calling Disney Dining.
