Renting Points--a Few Questions

I've never rented points before. It sonunds like it is a good deal
My questions are:

Is it hard to get the dates you want?
How far in advance can you book something?
and would it be difficult to rent two studio size rooms at BW. going with my father and sister. we don't want the bedrooms.
and replies would be greatly appreciated, we plan on going summer of 05.

Not if you plan ahead--7+ months is advisable. Although I wouldn't count on getting a Standard View room at BWV. Very hard to come by.

How far in advance can you book something?

Up to 11 months prior to check-out date.

Not particularly difficult. Again, don't count on the Standard View, and it's recommended that you try to make a reservation 11-7 months before your stay.
