Renting point at BWV questions?

Hello all,
i have rented points for 4 night at BWV this aug with my 11 y/o son- we are both really looking forward to the trip.

we are staying in a variety of hotel(RPR,AKL) and wondering if i need to take any-thing else for our stay at BWV- such as towles, coffee etc- any hints would be great.

Also- i normally buy my son the cup that he can re-fill with drink- is this possible at BWV and if so where can he re-fill it?

any hints about stuff to take or do would be excellent

BW does have the refillable mug program, but you may find with a fridge in the room that its easier to buy a case of pop on your way in. The distance to the refill station can be long.

The room will have towels - though they will only be refreshed every four days. It will have a coffee maker, but only coffee for a day. We usually bring coffee, filters (Mr. Coffee basket filters), cream, sugar, salt and pepper and any food we intend to eat. There are dishes in the units.

If you are staying in a one bedroom unit or larger, you will have a washer/dryer. There will be a teeny tiny box of detergent (enough for a load or two if you are frugal with it). So laundry detergent.

You will have papertowels, dishsoap, toilet paper.

The shampoo, etc is there like a regular hotel, but since you don't have full maidservice, it probably won't be replentished. We bring our own shampoo and conditioner (we find the soap to be adequate for a week).
