Renting or Exchange

Have 200 points for rent before March. Anybody interested?
Put them on main board but keep getting let down!
Think its coz of time delay in me confirming dates ok. Customer services are slow in getting back to me.
Has anyone tried the exchange programme? Any tips

Hi Sue

I was just picking up on your comment about the delay in MS getting back to you...are you contacting them via email? This is soooooo slow. Did you know you can call MS for free from the UK and talk to a live person? I don't have the number handy but it you run a search on this forum you should be able to find the freephone/tollfree number as I know it's been posted.

Also - it might be helpful for people to know how much you are looking to rent per point

Thanks for your help. Will try for free number as last time I phoned and was on for nearly 40 minutes at my expense!!!
