Would you rent from homeowner with just a Home Away invoice listing dates, amount and a note on their cancellation policy? I've researched this condo on multiple sites, looked up their property record, etc., to make sure legit. They say they do not normally do a separate rental agreement. Would you still go ahead and rent?
