Renting from Greenberg. Question about check in

We are renting from Greenberg in August. Our paperwork says to call them when we have our campsite number. Is that something we can get days ahead of time? Or do we get it the day of check in? I know you can't get your room number at Disney hotels much before check in time at 3/4pm. I'm hoping we're not going to get the campsite number late in the afternoon and have to wait around for the camper delivery.

When we rented from Greenburg I sent Matt a text with the site number as soon as the fort gave it to me at checkin. A CM drove us by van to our campsite, within 20 minutes Matt arrived. Depending what time you are checking in you may be able to call the fort and see if you have been assigned a campsite. I would suggest you take care of your own bags if you need anything in them the first day. Leaving the snowy north in Feb the first time we did the fort we arrived in clothes not suited for an 82 degree day, long story short our bags didn't arrive at the camper till 12 hours later. The second trip we took care of our own bags on the way down, it didn't add much time before catching the bus, returning home we let Disney take the bags and all went well.
