Renting DVC Points from more than one DVC member

Hello. My wife, 2 girls (5yo & 4yo) and I, along with my parents, are planning to visit Disney World at the end of August for 5 nights. We would like to stay at VWL, but realize that may be tough to get at the 7 month mark. Looks like it would cost 220 points to stay in a two bedroom villa.
If I can't rent all the point's from 1 DVC Member, is it possible to combine points from multiple Members

Well, renting points is actually renting a reservation unless you are speaking about getting points transferred to your account. In the first case of renting reservations, you will probably have to go to the front desk to check out and check back in between the two reservations. However, since you wouldn't control those reservations, you'd have to tell the front desk about your multiple reservations when you checked in.

Given that you only have a limit of one point transfer per use year, you won't be able to rent from multiple people for the purpose of transfer.

I wouldn't plan on using punts from 2 members. But a 220 point rental doesn't sound too difficult from either the rental board here or from David's.
