Renting DVC points and the DP

If I rent points from a DVC member can I get the DP? And would the plan have to be purchased for all members of a party?

As far as for everyone, I think you would have to get it for everyone on the reservation, but with DVC points, you don't have to list every person on the ressie............

But if you don't list everyone on the ressie, some members of your party will be unable to use EMH as they won't have a room key (card) to show.

Yes you can. We did this in April when we stayed at BWV. It must be purchased for everyone on the reservation for every night of your stay, but you don't have to purchase any tickets. Its great value!
