Renting DVC points and ADR

I am looking into renting a DVC my question is about making ADRs....
I know I can make the ADR at 180 days but what about the +10 that only disney resort guests can make? Are you eligible for that renting a DVC?

You are definately eligible for the +10 days when staying in DVC accommodation. We are staying in Kidani AKV next week and we booked all our ADR's at 90 +10. (The 180 day window wasn't available when we made our ADR's).
