Renting DVC and Top of The World Lounge

I feel like I’ve read conflicting responses on this question so I wanted to ask. Next year I am renting DVC points for the first time for part of our stay (at BLT). When renting DVC, do you have access to Top of The World Lounge??

If you are a DVC member with a membership card, then yes. If you are not a DVC member, then no. You have to show a membership card for access to the elevator that takes you to the TOWL.

DVC perks are not available to those who rent. If you are a guest of the member, and they are staying on a reservation at the same time, then they would be able to bring you up.

Concur with PP. You must show DVC membership card to be granted access to TOWL.

Agree with everyone here, but you could always go to the bar at California Grill and have access to their rooftop without paying for a full meal. Just a suggestion.

Or just go to the 4th floor outside patio area at the CR.
