Renting crib question

I was wondering if anybody could tell me how late notice you need to give to abbf or other crib rental services in order to get a crib. Can I just go down to WDW with their number in hand and take my chances of getting a crib....if I don't, can I just call them that day and have the crib delivered quickly? I asked this question at abbf.com a few days ago but have had no replies. We will be checking in probably around 7:30pm...are they even open at that time?

Just wondering what other's experiences have been. I don't want to pay for the crib if I can get one through the hotel (BCV), but I want to know that one will be available in case I need it.

Any help would be appreciated!

I have never used the service-but I do know that it comes highly reccomended. We have used the pack and play from the resort in the past-it was fine. Never a problem. We just brought extra blankets and sheets. I also wiped it down and used lysol just as an extra precaution. Who wants a sick baby!
