Renting Condo/Townhome

Anyone have good experience with any rental companies in orlando?

Also, any suggestions? Just need 2 bedrooms and a kitchen

You might want to check the Orlando Hotels and Attractions board. That is where most of the offsite rental discussions take place - ie Bonnet Creek and Windsor Hills

Definitely check this board. We rented through vacation central Florida and will definitely use them again in the future.

I have not rented from vacation central florida but they get good reviews. We have done a 3 bedroom townhouse and a 5 bedroom pool home both at Windsor Hills and been very pleased. Wyndham Bonnet Creek is another popular option.

The main difference seems to be whether you want to get back to something more 'private' like a home of your own (Windsor Hills) vs. a resort type feel (Wyndham Bonnet Creek.)

We've rented many times either on VRBO.com or at http://www.windsor-palms-florida.net/. We have never had a problem. We usually deal direct with the owners so no middleman to worry about. Last year we did rent through the management company - Blue Ribbon - and they were fine too. We've been renting for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience no matter who we rented from.
