Renting condo/non-smoking?

I'm planning to rent a condo in Orlando from Hotelkingdom or other agency that won't let me pick the exact unit. I've been leaning towards Windsor Palms or Cypress Point Grand Villas. Do either of these places have any non-smoking buildings or units, so I can at least put in a request?

I have been told that all of Cypress Pointe's villas are non smoking. I have stayed there 3 times & have never smelled the least bit of smoke in any of the units we stayed in. I booked all 3 times through hotelkingdom & requested non-smoking.

I was leaning more toward Windsor Palms, but if I'm more likely to get a non-smoking unit at Cypress Point Grand Villas, that sounds like the best option.
