Renting bonnet creek thru vacation upgrades

Hi everyone!
Just received a quote from ken at vacation upgrades that I am happy with...but the worry wart in me is concerned about dealing with a smaller company/third party. Can anyone assure me that they have used vacation upgrades for Wyndham bonnet creek without any dramas? We are international guests so it makes the unknown a little more 'scary' lol. Is it also common for the reservation to be in the owners name at first, but changed closer to check-in?

Yes, and yes. We rented from Ken and Denise this past April. No drama, professional, emails answered promptly. Everything was great! I was a little nervous too going just by what I read on this forum! We had a fantastic time!

There is nothing to worry about using VU. I've rented from Ken and Denise and they are very straight forward. As a PP mentioned there are probably 1,000 positive comments here on the Dis about them.

You should feel safe with Vacation Upgrades and Vacation Strategy.

Just as you described, the reservation is initially made under the owner's name to secure the room and then changed to your name shortly before check-in.

+1! Stayed as a guest of someone who used VU in Jan, just finished my own stay 2 weeks ago, going back this summer. Ken and Denise are wonderful!

Ken and Denise are awesome! I've used them 2x and recommended them to 4 different friends (one of whom booked 3 diff reservations for a family reunion.) They are 100% trustworthy and I would always choose them, even if their price was a little higher.
