Renting and Room Question

I am planning on renting DVC points through David's Vacation Club Rentals for my next vacation in Dec. 2012. Is this a good idea or should I rent some place else. I would like to buy into DVC but I am not sure if it would be the right purchase for me and my family but I do need to try out DVC. My next question is about the Boardwalk Villas. I would like to get a studio boardwalk view. Is that possible with a preferred view studio room? Thanks for any help.

David's service is a very reliable place to rent from.

At the BoardWalk Villas there are two categories of Preferred View rooms, Boardwalk View and Pool/Garden View. Which ever you decided on, that's the room view that would need to be reserved. If you want a Boardwalk View, it's best to get your rental request in as close to 11 months in advance of you check-in date as possible as they are very popular.

I would not hesitate to use David's rental service. I've personally never use him, but quite honestly I can't remember reading any negative reviews.

I have inquired about renting my points to him. The write up and documents looks very well thought out. He has been doing this for a long time and I have never seen any complaints.

If you are looking at Dec 2012 at BWV with a GW view, now would be the time to start inquiring. You would want to have the reservations made at the 11 month window to ensure your best chance of getting that view, Only 20% of the rooms have BW views.
