renting a scooter

I am doing some research for our next trip and we will have my mother in law. She can walk short distance but not long. We are considering on getting her a scooter.

We would be driving in but a very full car and she will be flying in. If I were to order a scooter from another company do they deliver to the resort or do we have to go pick it up? If they do drop it off for us can they pick it up for us too?

All of the companies can deliver to your resort.
For the WDW resorts, some of the companies have an agreement with Disney that allows them to drop off and pick up at Bell services. For the other companies, you would need to arrange directly with the company for them to drop off and pick up directly from you at the resort.

I HAVE always rented from Apple Scooters. They will deliver to Bell Services and pick up so you just walk over there at your resort to get. It is usually right near the front entrance. They are very easy to deal with and I have never had a problem. Checkout their website for prices etc.
