Has anyone rented a large house for a large group through the Premier Housing on this site? How far away is it from WDW? Any feedback is welcomed!

Most Premier homes are 10-15 minutes away. We had a 4 bedroom in Jan/Feb of this year. It was wonderful. I don't think I'll be in a big hurry to stay at hotels anymore...
