Renting a Car ???

Last night, after many weeks of convincing, I finnally convinced my boyfriend that a trip to disneyland/southern california is a good idea

We decided that we want to fly into John wayne, and spend 3 full days at disneyland. Afterwards we will be heading to Sandiego, and then LA because he has never been to CA. We're only 21, so I know that already makes renting a car a little difficult, but I also was thinking, and I don't really want to pay to rent a car for the three days that we're at disneyland, it seems like a waste! SO my questions for you guys are, does anyone have any experience with renting cars when your under 25?? AND does anyone know of a rental car agency near the Fairfield Inn by Marriott (where we will be staying). THANKS!

In the area, 15 minute walk you can find all the major rental companies. Alamo, Budget, Avis, National, Dollar ect....

When you are under 25 you can rent a car, but usually pay a very high rate to do so.

There are trains and shuttles to SD and LA. This may be a reasonable alternative compared to a pricey rental. It depends on what you want to do in those areas if public transport is feasible.
