renting a car from costco ?

Has anybody rented a car from Disney care car center and drop it off at Port Canaveral before a cruise?
I can't find a dropoff place near the cruise ships in Port Canaveral.

Any help is appreciated!! TIA

On Costco you have to either begin or end the rental at an airport if they are separate locations to pickup/dropoff. Not sure if that’s the case if you just went through the rental companies or not.

If you put in Port Canaveral as the drop off it should then list you the ones closest. I’ve never been so can’t help really. However a quick search on Costco travel and putting it in as destination gives a list of close by locations/rental companies. And two of them say shuttle service so I’m not sure but that would make me believe they will shuttle you (and if not they say they are .5 miles away).

But as I said you wouldn’t be able to pick it up at the car care center. You’d have to get it at the airport to drop off there.

Costco will not let you do that booking. It requires an airport location for either pick up or drop off. However, using the Alamo web site or app appears to permit this booking.

On Costco for one way rentals, you need to have an airport for either pick up or drop off. We usually rent from MCO and return to PC and visa versa. I refuse to use Budget at MCO, but there are rental locations for Alamo, Avis & Enterprise that have a shuttle to and from port.

Couldn’t tell you that. Was trying to go “through” Costco to see my options but after reading all the responses I see it is not possible “through” Costco.
