Rented Studio at OKW, but questions on DDP

I am not sure if this topic is posted anywhere so I apologise if it belongs somewhere else. We are leaving for Disney in 3 days banana: ). We rented points from our close friend to stay at OKW and she added the dining plan on our reservation.

My first question is how do I pay for the dining? Cash or credit card?

My second question is, Are there any codes to use for a discount (or free) dining as an add on like this?

This is my family's first time staying on Disney property and using the dining plan. It will be my youngest daughter's first trip, she was in my belly the last time we were on vaca.

There are no discounts anywhere on the DDP price.

And free DDP is only for cash packages during hurricane season. Free DDP is never available on points ressies.
