Rented points. Need help.

Our daughter is now able to join us and I’m within 30 days of travel. Ok. Within 6 days of travel. Is it possible for me to add her at checkin even if I am not the member? Also, if she spends Saturday night with us, is she eligible for early entry on Sunday? Thanks.

Nope, not on rented DVC points. You can possibly add her as a day guest but most members tell their renters not to make any changes at the front desk Because the front desk will inevitably screw something up.

Have you asked the owner if he or she will add this new guest?

I agree - you should ask the owner to add her. Front desk staff at DVC resorts are not usually very familiar with DVC points reservations and can cause problems for the owner, affecting their points. Sorry.

If you do get her added to the reservation, yes, she’d be eligible for early entry on Sunday.
