Rented points + location request=?

I would like to put in a location request at SSr for our upcoming trip. We rented points through TSS and are being told that we have to do it with the online checkin link. Is this accurate?

I have been able to link the ressie on the disney experience website...seems I should be able to do it there...or call and do it. But, I do understand the person making the reservation needs to be in charge of that.

You will be able to do it during the on-line check-in process which you can do beginning at 60 days from arrival. You will have options like area (Grandstand, Paddock, Springs, etc), floor (ground, 2nd, 3rd, etc).

The member who made the reservation should also be able to add a request to the reservation for you.
