Rented my points. I have a question about confirmation letter.

I just received my renters confirmation letter and it says that this reservation was confirmed for "my name". Will they be listed on the reservation # in the computer. Should their name be on the confirmation letter. I understand my name and info being on the top of the page, I just don't know if I am supposed to be listed as the person for whom the reservation was made.

The confirmation form should list the renters name on it, not yours.

I know what happened. I place the reservation in my name to hold it for the renter. The following day, I switched it over to the renters name. I think they sent me the first reservation and will be sending me the second one. I'll call and check in the morning.

The last reservation I got a confirmation for that was for someone other than myself was mailed to me but listed the other person and their address and phone number also as the person the reservation was for. It was for one of my children but with a different last name so would be the same as if I had rented the points to someone...The was for this past September. You may want to check with MS especially if they are using DDP as you don't want any extra names if that is the case. Are your renter's names on the confirmation anywhere or is it just yours?
