I have 103 Points for $11/point that must be used by July 31, 2006. You don't have to rent all 103 points at once... I can rent less if you only need a studio, and I would also be willing to rent more points if you need more (up to 250 more). I would also consider lowering the per point rental price if you need more than 103 points for your vacation.
Please indicate desired resort, number of bedrooms, number of adults and children in your party, arrival date and departure date for the reservation. It is helpful if you provide alternate dates, resorts, and room types if you are flexible.
Important note: BCV is very popular and is frequently not available, so please be forewarned to this. Also, the next few months are on the higher end of the point chart for reservations, so larger accommodations will require more points.
Terms:
$11 per point. 25% deposit required when the reservation has been made in your name, the balance (75%) will be due 60 days prior to arrival date. If arrival date is within 30 days (4wks) from reservation date, i.e. within the 30 day cancellation window, 100% due on reservation. Again, I will negotiate for a lower per point price if your reservation requires more than 103 points. Please indicate in your intial contact if you want to explore that option.
When you make your request, I can send you a spreadsheet that shows you how many points your request would require, the total cost to you in renting from me, your deposit and final payment requirements, plus a cost comparison of what your request would cost you if you booked your room directly with Disney. I will need your email address to send you the spreadsheet. Don't worry if you don't have Excel... I can send it to you as a webpage which any web browser can read.
