Rental strollers in the parks

My DD just told me that she's considering bringing her plastic wagon for my DGS (19 mos) to ride in when we take him to the parks for the first time next month. I was going to bring Grandma's collapsible McLaren stroller. I'm concerned (and expressed this to her) about taking that on the bus, and driving to the park wouldn't solve the problem because there'd still be the trams. She says he does better in that than a stroller, she thinks because he can see around him more. Does anyone have a picture of the strollers the parks currently have for rent? As I recall, they are molded plastic and might be less confining than my stroller. Thanks.

She will not be allowed to use the wagon in the parks or take it on a bus, so no need for that to even be a consideration.

I'd bring the Maclaren as it's so much easier to have a stroller with you all the time rather than having to give up the stroller at the park exit if you have a sleeping child.

Pictures are here: http://allears.net/pl/strol_faq.htm though in my experience, there isn't a lot of difference in ability to see out in one of these strollers versus a Maclaren. And stroller rental is quite expensive. I'd still bring my own - or rent from Magic Strollers, a division of Owner's Locker.

As Tara said, wagons are not alloweds in the park nor on the busses, only strollers, and for the busses, they need to be collapsed unless they are a special needs bus approved stoller with specific tie-down points.

I'm moving this to the Family board, as it isn't DVC Specific
