Rental Homes near Universal?

We are DVC owners going to disney in March. But we are planning a Universal/Sea World trip for next summer. I'm interested in a rental house that's close to Universal/Sea World. Any suggestions? Thanks!!!

Vista Cay Resort is very close to the Convention Center, Sea World & Universal.

Have only heard good things about it.

There are not many "houses" in the universal area. Something about zoning. Orlando does not allow for houses to be on short term rentals so you will not find anything really close. There are plenty of resorts/hotels in the area though.
