Rental Homes Less than a week

I have a question, Are you able to rent out Homes for less than a week, for example 2 nights

It depends. Some owners will rent on a per night basis, while others have minimums (usually 1 week). Also, your chances of negotiating for per night (with an owner who says 1 week minimum) increase in the value season. But it can definitely be done (even in peak season). Good luck.

I also see where a lot of owners and/or agencies will charge for cleaning if you stay less than one week.

I take bookings of 4 days or more but charge a cleaning fee on top of the nightly rate some owners won't do it .

We have a home and rent it out for as many days as people want. We also add the cleaning fee for the house if under a week. The house needs to be cleaned after every use no matter how many days you stay and it is costly if you are not bringing enough revenue into the house.

For our rental home - we also charge a cleaning fee if the stay is less than 5 nites. I have many guests who do not mind paying extra for their cleaning - they prefer to have the family or extended family all together in our home rather than spread out in hotel rooms.
