Review Rental Home Suggestions

We go to WDW late Aug when the east coast kids go back to school. I am trying to find a home that other people can claim was nice, when they went. We have 5 small kids...All 9 and under. So I need something where its not so huge I cant find them and worry they are out at the pool. They are very well behaved, however, the pool will be a novelty and they will want it all the time. Im looking for something that isnt a horrific drive to WDW either. We will be spending almost all our time there. Im looking for something under 130.00 is that possible?

Check on VRBO.com. We found a house that has a pool, kitchen, washer/dryer for about $130 a night.

I have not been there yet, but there are plenty of photos online.
