Rental home in Sandy Ridge

Has anyone rented from Mike Thomas? The price is really good for two weeks. The house doesn't have extras like internet, game room, etc. I did a property search and found his name with the house address. So it seems legit. TIA

I wish I could say I rented from a Mike Thomas, but I haven't. I have rented from 2 other owners at Sandy Ridge and love the area.

Since he is the owner of the house I would think it is legit. (good thing you know to look that up as we had gotten scammed in Orlando by a Jorge/George Gomez.. stay FAR AWAY from that name) If it would make you feel better you could ask who his management company is and contact them and/or a couple of his past tenants to see their thoughts of the house. By his reviews it sounds nice!
