Rental from Thrifty

hi there experts just booked a car with Thrifty and was wondering if anyone has used them and if so was it a nitemare going offsite from the terminal. They gave us the best price so far for our 10 day trip July 19th. I am just a little worried about the whole off site thing If anyone has other suggestions I am all "Disney" Ears!!! thanks in advance

Mary (mousesavers) doesn't like them. I just used the in VEGAS MISTAKE. You had to return the car and then go inside to complete the return. Very hard sell on the damage waiver. They log every ding bigger than about 1/4 inch. I got the impression they are very aggressive in charging for normal wear and tear.

They gave me the car with 7/8 but insisted that it was at F. When I fillled it up the gague went all the way to F. Since I had to go inside anyway I made them give me a credit.

PAY EXTRA. I like Dollar and National. Avis, Hertz, Budget and even Alamo generally get good reviews.

we are using them at the end of july for three day trip to orlando...

the price certainly was a contributing factor....full size 70$ for two days....do not mind going off site for this time...

Mary does not like Enterprise either. She never has any codes for Thrifty or Enterprise on her site. Must be a good reason and it is good enough for me to avoid them.
