Rental FOUND 1/27/06-2/1/06

Hi - new to this board and DVC point rentals, so be gentle.

I am looking for a DVC reservation & point rental for 1/27/06 - 2/1/06 (Fri-Wed) in either a 1-bedroom or studio.

I have not been to any on-site WDW property before but would prefer something with a central location and well-maintained. First choices would be BWV or BCV based on what info I can gather.

I am ready to book/pay ASAP but not familiar enough to know how easy/hard it is to get these specific dates. By my estimation this would be between 80 and 156 points. Would appreciate an expert's help in securing the best possible experience. Feel free to email directly or Yahoo IM nsiinnerloop.

Thanks to the nice folks on this board, it appears I have found exactly the rental I was seeking. Thanks - this board is great! Looking forward to my first trip to a WDW property!
