I would assume the point rental cost per point will remain the same (what ever it may be currently as demand dictates). BLT with the point cost per room type/day being higher, you will need to rent more points for a stay at BLT then you would at another resort which will increase the over all cost.
Quick Example: 6 nights in a studio in January staying Sunday - Saturday @ $10 a point (to simplify)
OKW = 60 pts @ $10 = $600
BWV Std 65 pts, Pref = 82 pts @ $10 = $650/$820
SSR = 75 pts @ $10 = $750
WLV = 82 pts @ $10 = $820
BCV = 82 pts @ $10 = $829
AKL Value = 56 pts, Std 64 pts, Savanna = 78 pts, Concierge = 93 pts @ $10 = $560/$640/$780/$930
BLT STD View = 102 pts, LV =121 pts, MK = 139 points @ $10 = $1020/$1210/$1390
As you can see each resort yields different costs based on the same duration and season of stay and with the cost per point to rent being the same; but the point allotments is what differs from resort to resort. That is what will increase the cost to the renter, the total amount of points being rented (needed) to stay at BLT.

After looking at the BLT
point chart I have to wonder if anyone will EVER rent out a grand villa for christmas week at BLT with an MK View?
At 1287 points for the week that would be quite a tough sell @ $13,000. One could purchase a 200 point contract resale for that price.
