Rental Contract?

It looks like I'll have some points that will need to be used this year and I was interested in renting them here. Does anyone have a sample contract for me to look over to be able to provide the buyer peice of mind and some protections for myself? Any other tips? I figured it might be easier to try it here vs going to the main stream rental options. Thanks in advance.
