If it is a DVC Points or member cash reservation, the platinum package is not available, only the quick service, standard and deluxe dining plans.

Plans that include "activities" are only available as part of a cash package reservation through the regular Disney Reservation Office.

Also, platinum & premium packages require rack rate for the room and at least a 1 day ticket; I just looked that up on allears for someone else last week (I didn't know that about the room/tix).
