I'm planning a trip for either 11/6-13/04 or 11/13-20/04. I've been looking at prices of rental cars and they are a lot more pricey than I paid last year. Will prices go down again before November? I don't even remember when I booked when I went last year. Thanks for any help!::MickeyMo ::MinnieMo

We are going 11/16-11/22 and we booked our rental at Dollar for 158 for the week. I have just heard that there are some prices lower than this coming out and to try National.

My advise would be to book the lowest rate that you can find right now and check back at least weekly to see if there are any cheaper rates out.

It will cost you nothing to make a ressie and cancel or modify it repeatedly between now and November. By booking now, you will know what the maximum amount will be that you will have to pay for your car. The price can only go down from there.

I booked my minivan for this July back in September. I got a base rate of $199/week at National back then. Since then, I have not seen a lower rate but I have seen rates as high as $600 for the same minivan at National, using the same codes that I used back in September! Being an obsessive planner has paid off this time.

just got a cheaper rate at Dollar using code kiss3.
Saved 30 from what I had booked with them before

Usually they put their better "internet only" rates 2 months ahead of your visit. Go into wdwig.com. They have some great discount codes that you can apply towards the discount internet rates. I recently booked National special deal, and adding the extra code saved an extra 15%-20%. It takes a lot of time to try different combinations, but in my case, well worth it! Every little bit helps!:earsgirl:
