The best bet is to go to Mousesavers and check out their car rental info.

I use the kiosk and have never had any trouble renting with them

Try bidding on Priceline.com when you are within 10 days of your trip. You will by far get a better rate than any codes or coupons.

Even if you can find a decent rate, it seems like they have added another fee. State Transaction Fee on top of Sales tax? Taxes and fees are going to run you around $80 it seems like.
