Hey Dis'ers!

We're staying outside the park in November and will be renting a car.

The best rate I could get was $350. (taxes included) for an intermediate car, for 10 days.

Is this good? Or will I do better as we get closer to the actual date.

I found using the codes on MS very frustrating.

No. Go to mousesavers and sign up for Emerald Club (National). We're paying less than half of that for a week for Emerald Aisle (which is based on midsized). Use the week + coupon, and your Emerald Aisle ID and you shoudl definitely be able to do better. In the past, we have also used Alamo with good results.

No idea what other coupons you might be using, but it didn't work for me!

Ah, that price is for a compact but thanks for the codes - they also work for the mid-size and full-size.

It states that we might have to show our coupons upon pick-up of the vehicle.

Actually ,the price I quoted was for an Intermediate.
Apprently its hit and miss whether they ask for the printable coupon or not. If you are checking in (using the sdesk,then I suppose there is nothing to lose by bringing it along).If it was an Ecoupon then it wouldn't be needed.
