Rental Cars @ MCO Moving Around?

When returning my car to the National aisle yesterday, it looks like Avis and Budget are moving up to the second floor where National has always been. There are new customer service kiosks and some new display screens being installed. The names Avis and Budget are blocked out, but the traditional colors are evident.

This is probably being done to make room for Hertz to move into MCO (they are moving on property in Q1/Q2 2010).
