We are rental from DOLLAR at LAX.

We will be travelling to/from the following locations on our trip:

LAX to Baymont Inn and Suites Anaheim
Hotel to Disneyland
Hotel to Anaheim Angels game
Hotel To The Grove & Hollywood BLVD
Hotel to Huntington Beach
Hotel to rental car return location

Easy peasy to avoid. The signs are VERY obvious: they are HUGE and white with purple and green boxes (I think!) and bold black writing. And so you just don't drive in those well-marked lanes, and have no worries about tolls!

We were at Baymont a few weeks ago, and enjoyed it very much! (Well, as much as possible after days at Disney in bad shoes!)

How long did it take you to get from the hotel to the parking structure?

Did you fly home from LAX? If so, what time was your flight and when did you leave the hotel to get to the airport?

About 15 minutes from parking lot to parking lot assuming the payment line at Disneyland wasn't backed up. It's like 3 turns, I think; very easy!

We didn't fly in/out, as we drive from Oregon this time. However, I've done in/out of LAX before, and I tend to leave about 4 hours before my flight to get there 3 hours before my flight. TSA there can take FOREVER (seriously, 75 minutes once!), so I arrive extra early.

Thanks for the info. We plan to leave at 6am for our MM day and 7am for our 2 non MM days.

Our flight home is at 11:45am. I think we are going to "hopefully" play it safe and leave the hotel at 6:30am to return the rental car at LAX. We almost missed our flight during March Break in Miami because of traffic(would have 100% missed if we had a rental car) and are a bit spooked/worried about timing; especially considering we will have a DD4 and DD almost 2 plus 3 bags and 2 car seats.

My kind of planner! LOL! I'd totally plan to leave 5 hours early if you are having to return a rental car and deal with kids and car seats! I was, honestly, shocked at the TSA line at LAX. The first time, it was fairly quick, like 15 minutes on a Sunday evening at 7pm. But the second time we flew out, we stopped paying attention somewhere around 75 minutes... in the sun, not even inside with AC, on a Sunday early-afternoon. Clearly, even 4 years later, haha, it still gives me nightmares!

Certain airports can be insane. I travel a lot and am used to 15ish minute waits in tsa. Once i was flying out of Dulles and the tsa line was all the way to the parking garage walkway. Apparently I was leaving at the same time as all the politicians were heading back home or something.
